RAWR - Thursday, January 28, 2010, 4:01 PM Such a SHIP to a LEADERSHIP Due to holiday boredom I decided to read newspaper all morning long. My confession, newspaper is the BEST readable object all time! Compared to another books, think newspaper beat 'em all. Yeah. I read one of top newspaper in Indonesia, Jawa Pos (Eng: Java Pos) and is my most favorite newspaper here. And I found out an awesome article: GROW WITH CHARACTER SERIES BY HERMAWAN KARTAJAYA The series are 100 stories long and I never got bored by reading it. And seriously it teaches us about Leadership, how to be a leader. When you're in problem of leadershipness, I guess you (and if you're an Indonesian) should read this. You'll never know what is leadership before you read this. Trust me. Leadership isn't about leader, but is about what, when, where, who, why, and how. What are you leading of? When do you lead it? Where will it end? Who will be the man inside? Why do you lead it? And how do you lead it. How, is the main part of leadership. The first ones are only the "Description", while how is the identification. Success or not, depends on how. And... still about leadership, But this about my story. I hope can inspire other. I was in terrible condition in OsPek (remember? School organization - OSIS MPK - while I'm being the leader of the second one). It's like, separated into two parts. I actually didn't want that happen but that is. There are lovers and haters. Seriously can't stand to my haters. I'm afraid that my lovers would be my haters, too. I asked this to MPK former leader (who is also my best, best friend) Nieke. She said that she was in the same problem as I am right now. And she said that was making she strong. She's a great girl ever. So in leadership we'll found the problems, either in beginning or end. Well, so this is my story. Enough, and try to be a leader of yourself because EVERYBODY IS A LEADER!!
